How can I order if there is no shop?
It's easy to get in touch: Simply describe what you're looking for using our contact form or by email. You'll receive photos, dimensions, condition descriptions, and prices of available items – then you can decide at your leisure. The purchase will only be finalized after your confirmation.
How quickly will I receive a response?
Within 1–3 working days. Rudi or Salim Wald will personally answer your inquiries – in German, English, French or Arabic.
Are all the pieces genuine?
Yes. We personally select each piece in Morocco, know the locations where it was found and the preparers, and openly disclose any restorations or additions. We don't sell anything that doesn't convince us.
How does payment and shipping work?
We will discuss the details personally when we finalize the purchase agreement. Shipping is secure and insured worldwide. You will receive tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.
Can I find out the prices before I inquire?
Our pieces are unique and available on a daily basis, so we provide prices directly in our response to your inquiry – transparently and per piece. Please let us know your budget; we will then suggest suitable pieces.
Does M-Mineralien also buy minerals or collections?
Yes, continuously. Send us key data, informative pictures and your price expectations to info@m-mineralien.de – you will receive an honest assessment.
Can I reserve pieces?
After personal consultation, we will reserve requested items for a fair period of time so that you can decide at your leisure.
Why is there no phone number on the website?
We deliberately only accept inquiries via form and email: This way every inquiry is documented, nothing gets lost, and you receive a thoughtful, complete answer with photos and prices.
